      I have been in real estate for about 15 years, all roads seem to have led me to this place and I am grateful to be doing my work serving home buyers and sellers. The work is extremely challenging but the rewards are worth it. My Bachelor’s degree was in mathematics and taught math and science for 8 years in a public school in Hobbs, New Mexico. After getting out of teaching I managed a restaurant for 2 years and then co-owned and co-operated a steak house for 8 years. After I earned a Master’s degree in Education Administration, I became the Administrator of a private school for 17 years. My experience in education has been extremely beneficial in my real estate career. During that time, I was an assistant team leader at a leading real estate company and then later went into personal sales. Much of what we do as real estate agents is about guiding our clients through the process of the real estate transactions. Since no two situations are alike, we need to be able to think quickly and help our clients understand what is happening every step of the way. My education background has been a great help in the skills needed to serve my real estate clients. Later I went back to school and received an Associate’s degree in interior design which I find very useful working with my clients. Also, during my real estate career I went back and received a certification in Home Staging. Familywise, I am a father of two daughters and one son. The blessings I have received from them are my 7 grandchildren. Being a grandfather is one of the best jobs in the world. With the Marion Franke Team, I work as a listing partner to Marion. It’s great to work with a team who are supportive who are there for each other. Our clients benefit from our synergistic relationship to one another. Being a service oriented group, our clients are our main objective.
